Appointed by Asian Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited “AP” as a landscape design consultant in 2019 for the upcoming high rise condominium project located in the promising district of Samutprakarn at the advent of the sky train station’s development and urbanization around this area.

Resonated a sense of place, Landscape Tectonix defines the interpretation of the natural elements (the movement of wave and wind) into the modern contemporary landscape design. The design elements therefore play an important roles to create the interaction with natural light, shade and shadow as well as to illustrate the unique landscape settings enhancing the pleasant living environment.

Disappear into the greenery, the swimming pool located on the podium features large water body divided into various pools; main pool, kid pool, shallow pool meandering around the garden. Pool deck, stepping terrace, private daybeds and pavilion are placed around the pool and garden to utilize the functional spaces with hierarchy of space from individual, small group to large group.
Motivated by the curvilinear lines, energetic graphic and color schemes, the play park is active yet pleasant space providing the multi-sport field surrounded by the greenery.

The roof garden is a resting place with delicate scent of breath in the gaze of Bangkok’s hidden jungle oasis “Bangkrachao”. The sitting terrace with a series of feature columns and creeper is a place to take a deep breath and capture the vastness of sky.
