Job description

We are now seeking for the qualified person to join our team in the following positions;
Position: Design Coordination and Project Manager 1 position

Qualification:
• Master or Bachelor Degree’s Landscape Architecture , Architecture or related field
• All races are welcome. (Preferably Malaysian / Indian / Chinese / Vietnamese)
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in Landscpe Company
• Exceptional graphic and sketch by Hand – Drawing
• Proficiency in AutoCad, ADOBE Photoshop,Microsoft Office, Sketch Up to produce high quality either 2D or 3D illustrations for drawings such as plan, section,perspective progress for landscapes.
• Strong knowledge on hard landscape detail drawing and soft landscape planting material.
• Project coordination through design, development and construction with different regions.
• Prepare for outside services; oversee the assigned projects,
• Make drawings and check construction cost estimates and project budgets, as well as schedule and materials that will be used In coordination with client, operations staff and management.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good English and Chinese skills. (writing, reading, listening and speaking)

• In-depth knowledge of plant culture, and support horticultural practices, plant identification and design preferred
