Vision & Design Narrative
.
"Journey into Forest Living"
The landscape vision is rooted in creating an immersive experiences of a living within forest environment where nature unfolds gradually and intentionally.
.
Journey into Forest Living introduces a sense of transition, allowing residents and visitors to move gently from the urban realm into a lush & natural sanctuary fostering a balanced and harmonious relationship between people and nature.
.
"Entrance"
The design process begins with a detailed analysis of master planning and visual corridors, with the main entrance positioned as the project’s primary identity. Vehicular circulation is organized into two incoming and two outgoing lanes, with a total width of approximately 20 meters. An additional landscaped setback of over 65 meters is introduced to create a generous, open arrival sequence that enhances visibility and reduces spatial compression.
.
Large planting beds rhythmically arranged trees, and a central water feature guide the eye toward the iconic landscape element and drop-off zone. The sound of flowing water becomes an auditory transition, gently welcoming visitors and marking the shift from the external environment into the inner retreat.
.
As visitors arrive at the drop-off, the scale of the surrounding high-rise buildings becomes more pronounced. To counterbalance this, a signature landscape element is introduced and designed to draw attention inward, soften the surrounding scale, and create a cozy, inviting sense of arrival.
.
Landscape elements are carefully woven inward, leading visitors along a refined path of unfolding scenes. The experience is deliberately gradual, revealing the elegance of the Reception Lobby only at the right moment.
.
The Reception Lobby building is strategically positioned to enclose direct views before flowing to the inner garden. Crafted walls on both sides form an enclosed approach, controlling sightlines and enhancing the spatial sequence. This making arrival more layered, engaging, and memorable.
.
"The Pool"
Located at the basement level adjacent to the car parking area, the swimming pool zone is designed to distinctly separate leisure from service functions. Dense planting is used as a Green Buffer at eye level to screen views and mitigate noise from vehicles and building structures, while avoiding solid walls to maintain airflow and natural daylight penetration.
.
Circulation is thoughtfully planned to connect the pool seamlessly with residential levels and parking areas, ensuring smooth movement and gradually leading users into the central oasis.
.
Subtle variations in water levels and pool edges define each zone while creating visual depth and facilitating natural water flow from higher to lower levels. This cascading sequence enhances continuity and reinforces the overall water narrative.
.
Trees are strategically planted around the pools to form a lush green backdrop, filtering views of surrounding buildings and framing the multi-layered water axis reinforcing the image of a tropical forest oasis.
