Inspired by the phenomenon of the river and the connection between Human and Nature.

Located along the Legendary Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Noble Aqua is a luxury low-rise housing by the river .

Landscape Tectonix brings in the inspiration and design narrative about the river illustrating the spirit of place and concurrently aims to enhance the quality of living by fostering the interaction between human and nature.

From the project’s masterplanning to landscape architectural design, Landscape Tectonix therefore works comprehensively on both scales. The masterplanning comes up with the landscape integrated design with comprehensive green systems physically and visually organizing the positions of houses, circulations, main linear park and pocket parks.

Meanwhile landscape design strategically harmonizes the relationship between architecture, interior and exterior spaces serving restorative greenery concept which green matters to quality of life as well as delicately creates the landscape design’s setting and design element inspired by the river.

Main linear park, serving as green belt and Backyard garden simultaneously, creates the accessibility between River Lounge and Fitness Center. The multi-layering plantation is strategically designed to enhance privacy & exclusivity between houses and to elevate the intimacy & Human touch as an immersive journey along the pathway. The linear green space, divided into 4 parts, is inspired by the phenomenon of the river with undulating landforms, meandering paths, stepping walks and various garden settings.

Ultimately, from masterplanning to landscape design, Landscape Tectonix believes and elaborates the design intent that landscape architecture is not only for aesthetic purpose but also enhancing the living quality of people.
