This luxurious property stands dominantly as the high rise tower and one spacious multi-leveled landscape garden and its various landscape settings surrounded by the lush greenery.

At the initial stage, the four podiums were physically separated as isolated outdoor spaces. It was lack of the continuity in function, the green system and pedestrain movement.

Thanks to the radical design strategies proposed by Landscape Tectonix Limited, as a landscape designer and landscape planner, we decided to physically and visually connect the four podiums creating the continuity of ONE spacious green area. Each landscape garden is comfortably accessible by both pedestrian ramps and staircases enhancing the continuity of the pedestrian movement, encouraging the variety of activities for the residents at all ages and strengthening the green system and urban ecology concept.

“The Reserve” therefore is also part of the green system to the city of Kolkata enhancing not only a living environment for the residents but also as a green lung for a city.
