Design Narrative

Landscape design aims to create the pleasant environment with various landscape settings maximizing the functionality of this long linear garden framed by the space planning of lowrise residential condominium in affordable segmentation developed by Noble Development PLC.

The main swimming pool, enhanced the room on the ground with pool access, is strategically positioned at the center of courtyard serving as the feature in the garden. This spacious water course features various small pocket pools creating the private spaces within a public space.

A garden path, connected both sides of the garden, is beautifully divided the main pool into two parts which are linked by the shallow pool.

Planting palette is specifically selected by greyish green tone with various shades of green, textures and forms as combination.

Small delicate details of hardscape such as pool finishing, cushion and outdoor furniture and spaces are what landscape architect intends to create the fresh look relating to a group of target customer.
