The Crest Park Residences -Swimming Pool-, Bangkok, Thailand
Appointed by SC Asset corporation public company in 2019 as landscape design consultant for The Crest Park Residences, Landscape Tectonix Limited defined the design concept from its site context. Surrounded by three large public parks in Lad Phrao intersection, this upscale condominium features the green integration in various dimensions; from architectural spaces, the continuity from interior to exterior spaces to the intimate green in small pocket spaces illustrating the project core value “wellbeing” to enhance the quality of living in urban context. Swimming pool, located on the high floor, is immaculate creating “the essence of serenity” with the simplicity in design within architectural spaces in “juxtaposition” with natural landscape elements. Human senses are subtly enhanced by using a series of landscape elements; natural rock with water spout, gardens, pot plants. Everything is around the functional spaces and at eye level as if “The vast greenery” of three public parks is around.
