At MA Residence (Completed in 2025), the ultra luxury private residence in Khaoyai, Thailand and the latest collaboration between WARchitect x Landscape Tectonix, the harmony between architecture and landscape subtly orchestrates the rhythm of design vocabulary fostering the dominated and supported role of landscape to architecture simultaneously.

The modern contemporary design, as “the poetic landscape” dialogue, features the interconnection and juxtaposition between space & time, architecture & landscape, manicure & natural elements as well as openness & enclosure creating the mesmerized visual impacts in different periods of time. The borrow scenery concept plays a vital strategy to create the seamless integration to its beautiful surrounding and setting.

The landscape design purposely aims to deal with basic principles of private house such as privacy, connectivity, functionality and safety issue as well as emotionally evokes the spirit of place enhancing the vast beauty of nature with the essence of serenity & stillness.
